sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a

Sales
Tax:
Sales
tax will be applied to any order that has a billing address
in the state of California. Sales tax will be calculated at
8.25 %.
Payment
Options:
Convertible
Tops Online accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard
and Amercian Express. We are unable to accept checks, cash,
credit vouchers, or gift certificates. Using your Credit Card:
First enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit
card. Then fill in your credit card billing address as it
appears on your credit card statement. If you've already registered
and signed in with CTO, this information wll be filled in
for you. It's easy to change or make corrections to this information
- simply highlight the area you want to edit and type in the
new information. It's important that you include your phone
number in case we need to speak with you about your order.
Shipping
Methods:
At
this time, we are able to accept and deliver orders within
the United States only. We cannot ship to military addresses.
Please remember that you must allow 24 to 48 hours for your
orders to be processed.
Order
Processing:
Convertible
Tops Online main offices will be handling all aspects of your
online order. Orders are processed and shipped on business
days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on
the following Monday.
When
you will be charged:
The
credit card that you specify for your purchase will be charged
when the order is shipped. If you still have questions, feel

Return
& Exchanges:
Terms
of Sale
No
item may be returned without prior approval. Please notify
us of your intent to return an item either by phone, fax,
email
or letter, stating reasons for return. All tops are considered
custom made items and may not be returned unless defective
or do not fit. All items should be examined immediately upon
receipt for defects. Once items have been used by customer,
they cannot be returned. All returned items must be returned
freight prepaid and must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
All products sold by our company are warranted to be free
from defects in material and workmanship. Damage resulting
from incorrect installation, shipping, incorrect cleaning
materials, improper cleaning methods or atmospheric conditions
is the responsibility of the installer and or buyer. Adjustments
are prorated from the installation date, based on the estimated
normal product service life.
Limited
Warranties & Return Policy
- The
item must be repacked as it was shipped in its original
container and windows free of scratches.
- We
will gladly correct our mistakes. All other returns are
subject to a restocking charge. We are responsible for our
product only, not the installation or removal.
- Items
will not be accepted for credit if installation was started.
Only brand new, re-saleable items will beaccepted, unless
the reason for return is a defect in material and/or workmanship.
If item is being returned because of improper fit, the factory
original item must be sent to us with the returned item.
We can then compare the original with our patterns.
- Special
order items, such as special material, colors are not returnable.
- No
warranty is offered or implied on plastic windows after
installation.
Product
must be returned within 30 days of original shipment. We recognize
that occasionally extraordinary situations arise. This warranty
/ return policy is extended to cover the majority of transactions.
Special situations will be handled on an individual basis.
Warranty for our products is one year from date of purchase.
The seller's liability for breach of the above warranty is
limited to refunding the purchase price of the merchandise,
or at the seller's option, to replacement upon its return.
Under no circumstances shall the seller be responsible for
any other form of consequential damage including installation
costs, removal costs, application costs, damage to associated
products, or loss of profit arising out of the use or inability
to use the products supplied. No claim for any breach of warranty
herein shall be valid unless delivered only in writing to
the company within thirty (30) days after the date of delivery
of the above mentioned shipment.
